Playacar.co is a social project by JW Systems: a free AI concierge for the community and a way for local tradespeople to be found on merit. Residents and visitors type or speak what they need in English, German, Spanish, or French and find providers in seconds — the same concierge runs on WhatsApp (scan a QR or text +1 325 208 4500; voice notes work too). Providers list for free, onboard in about five minutes with AI-assisted profiles, keep 100% of every referral, and are ranked by customers on quality and punctuality.
Playacar.co is also a free real estate platform. Playa's property market is scattered across hundreds of small brokers listing one to three properties on WhatsApp threads, Facebook groups, and outdated one-page sites.
